What to bring
Swimwear and flip flops or sliders. Flip flops are available to purchase from reception for £5 per pair.
Age Policy
- FFOLKESPA is for guests aged 15+.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian.
- Guests must be 18+ to book a treatment.
Important Health Information
If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery (within three months), or have a serious medical condition, we strongly advise that you do not use the spa without first consulting your doctor. If you have any contagious conditions or open wounds we do not permit access to the spa for the health and safety of our other guests. Please note that treatments will not be given if you have any of the following: cancer, pregnancy under three months, surgery within three months, infectious or contagious conditions, spinal injury, deep vein thrombosis or blood clots, if you are receiving chemo or radiotherapy, or if you have a serious heart or medical condition. This list is not exhaustive and other health conditions may mean that your treatment cannot go ahead.
Use of the spa is at the customers' risk, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or treatments if we feel that you may be at risk or potentially putting others at risk.
